Instructions for Poster Presentations

1. Poster sessions will be held at the Florence Congress Center in the Building: Palazzo dei Congressi; Meeting room: Passi Perduti.

2. The poster boards in Florence are VERTICAL -- they are NOT HORIZONTAL. Please print your poster according to the following dimensions: Posters CANNOT exceed 97 centimeters wide x 198 centimeters high. Suggested minimum poster size is 70 centimeters wide x 100 centimeters high.

3. Each author is responsible for assembly and removal of his/her own presentation.

4. The poster sessions have a designated time (schedule noted below) in which the poster presenters are requested to set up, be available at their poster to discuss their research with the meeting attendees, and to tear down.

5. Abstracts scheduled for presentation in poster sessions will be grouped, numbered and listed in the Mobile APP, and the conference abstract book. Each poster board will have one presenter.  The boards will be arranged in numerical order in the Center.

6. All illustrations should be made in advance. Bear in mind that your illustrations will be read from a distance of about 3 feet or more. Charts, drawings and illustrations might be similar to those you would use in making slides - simple and bold. Readability is the key. Do not mount your illustrations on heavy board. Information should be typed in a large typeface.       Tip: Keep illustrative material simple.

7. Please remove your poster promptly during the scheduled removal times. SRNT will not be responsible for any posters left in the Congress Center after the scheduled removal times.
