Setting up basic membership benefits, achieving financial solvency
Were there any notable movements or events (e.g., the tobacco settlement) that affected your presidency?
Webpage and listserve began, lobbied successfully for NIDA to increase nicotine research, sponsored mtgs on harm reduction and nicotine safety.

Establish SRNT as a player in tobacco policy
