SRNT registration is located in the Chicago Ballroom 10 (Level 4) on Tuesday 3/1 and Wednesday 3/2 and in the Promenade Ballroom (Level 4) from Thursday 3/3 to Saturday 3/5 at the Sheraton Chicago Grand Hotel. Registration opens at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday evening and continues to be open throughout the meeting. If you pre-registered, bring your receipt with you. A badge and a registration packet will be waiting for you.
Can I register on-site in Chicago?
Yes, you can register on-site. Please go to the SRNT registration area on Level 4 of the Sheraton Chicago Grand Hotel anytime Wednesday, 3/2 through Saturday, 3/5.
Can I still register for pre-meeting workshops?
Yes, workshop registration is still open. You can add a workshop to your existing registration form by sending an email to: firstname.lastname@example.org. Or you can register for one on-site. Please go to the SRNT registration area on Level 4 of the Sheraton Chicago Grand Hotel starting on Tuesday, 3/1 (6 p.m.-8 p.m.) or Wednesday, 3/2 (7 a.m.-8 a.m.)
Where do I find a copy of the final program and abstract book?
Are meals included with my registration fee?
The SRNT will offer boxed lunches to the pre-meeting workshop attendees on Wednesday. SRNT will also have boxed lunches for all attendees on Thursday and Friday. The rest of your meals are on your own. (Refreshment breaks are available in the SRNT Exhibit Hall in the Sheraton Ballroom 5 (Level 4) on Thursday, 3/3 through Saturday, 3/5.)
I made a reservation at the Sheraton Hotel but cannot seem to find my confirmation.
Please call the Sheraton Chicago Grand Hotel at +1-215-625-2900 and ask them to send you another email confirmation. Bring your confirmation number with you to the meeting.
How many APA CEU credits and CME credits will be offered for the meeting?
Disclosure information is noted here: http://www.srnt.org/?page=credits on our website under the Continuing Education tab. Plan on stopping at the Continuing Education Credit table in the SRNT registration area (Promenade – Level 4) when you arrive to learn more.
Where and when do I setup my poster presentation?

If you forgot your poster number, please review the abstracts to find your number.
Do I need to load my power-point presentation in advance of my session?
Yes, ALL speakers (Thursday, 3/3-Saturday, 3/5) it is mandatory to report to the Speaker Ready Room in the Ballroom Office (Level 4) to download your presentation in advance. Visit the important schedule enclosed: http://www.srnt.org/page/speaker_room
(Workshop speakers (Wednesday, 3/2) must report directly to the workshop meeting location on-site.)
Can I go to any network meetings?
Yes, the Network Meetings are open to all attendees. A schedule of network meetings are located in the SRNT 2016 Program.

Is the SRNT Members’ Meeting open to everyone?
The SRNT Members’ Meeting scheduled for Friday, March 4 at 7:30 a.m. in Chicago Ballroom 10 (Level 4) and is open to all members of the Society.
