Main Submission System Editing Available

The SRNT understands the need to make edits to ensure that your submission contains the most accurate and up-to-date information. We have opened the submission site for Oral and Poster Abstracts, and Symposia Abstracts so you can make these changes yourself. This will ensure the integrity of your submission. We have included instructions below to help you with the process.

Note: A personalized email with these direct instructions from the Main Abstract System was sent out on 12/1/17 to the main corresponding contact/author. If you did not receive the email, it may have been blocked. Tip: For future communications, please add '' to your safe sender list to ensure all necessary communications are received. Your organization's IT department may need to grant web access to our collection server at and whitelist email from (government employees are instructed to use ITIL to ask for access to these). 

Please be advised that edits are limited to only author names, affiliations, funding, and conflict of interest statements. No changes are allowed in the main text of the abstracts. The submission site is open now but will close on Sunday, December 17, 2017, at 11:59 p.m. PST, please make your edits as soon as possible. 

IMPORTANT: No edits will be accepted after this date.

Please follow these instructions below to log into your account.

  1. Go to the CATALYST collection system at:
  2. Log in to your account using the email address at time of your original submission. 
  3. Once signed in, your CATALYST Dashboard will show a list of submissions.
  4. For each submission, click the submission title and edit the information. When you have finished editing your submission and checked that the information is accurate, click Submit to complete the submission.

If you need to update your submission at any time before the 12/17/17 deadline, you can find completed submissions in the Dashboard under Submissions. To edit a submission, click the title and then click Edit. Be sure to Submit again when you are finished.

Technical Support
If you experience technical issues with the site, click Site Support on the sign-in page, or click Support at the top of the site if you are signed in.

You will receive a confirmation email denoting that you have completed your submission. If you do not receive a confirmation email within 24 hours, please click the "Support" link at the top of the site.

Please make any edits by December 17, 2017. Once again it is important to note that any edits made after this date will not be accepted, and will be published in the SRNT on-site addendum.
