Poster upload instructions
ePoster Submission Overview
 
If you were scheduled to present an abstract, we would like to offer you the opportunity of providing your presentation to us in PDF format for an ePoster at the Annual Meeting in New Orleans.

If you are interested, please review the instructions below for providing your presentation as an ePoster. We will schedule your presentation in your original poster session, or if you were scheduled for an oral presentation, you can provide your abstract as an ePoster and we will schedule it in one of the poster sessions.

Please provide the following information:
1. Poster or Oral Session Assignment
2. Poster Number
3. Abstract ID Number
4. Abstract Title
5. Presenting Author Name
6. Your attached ePoster (PDF format)

To include your abstract, please respond with your abstract formatted into an ePoster (PDF ), ideally 
at least 24 hours prior to your poster presentation session. We will make every effort to make your poster available to attendees, but cannot make any guarantees.

Include your poster in an email directly to Jane Shephard. BY SENDING YOUR POSTER, YOU ARE GIVING SRNT PERMISSION TO DISPLAY YOUR POSTER AT THE ANNUAL MEETING OR ONLINE. If you would rather your presentation not be made available for restricted viewing on SRNT University after the conference, please send an email to Mona Johnson.

ePoster Setup Instructions
Below are instructions on how to create and submit your ePoster. The process involves creating a one-page PowerPoint or Keynote slide, then exporting the file as PDF.

Microsoft PowerPoint Instructions
1.  From the PowerPoint file menu, select NEW
2.  In the gallery, on the right side of window, set Slide Size to “Widescreen (16x9)”
3.  Choose your theme
4.  Create your poster
5.  When your poster is complete, please export as a PDF

Apple Keynote Instructions
1.  From the file menu, select NEW
2.  At the top of the theme chooser, choose “WIDE”, then choose a template
3.  Create your poster
5.  When your poster is complete, please export as a PDF

Extra Tips
- Use at least a 14 pt font
- 12 pt fonts will appear too small on screen
- Be sure to double check that your page size is Widescreen or 16x9
