SRNT 2020 On Demand Content Frequently Asked Questions
I don’t see the presentation or poster I’m looking for--why is that?

Although we’ve been able make more than 30 hours of presentations available initially, and approximately 400 posters will be available in late April 2020, SRNT is not able to make 100% of the annual meeting content available. If you don’t see a presentation or poster that was listed in the annual meeting program, it is because we did not receive it from the author and/or do not have permission to make it available online.

How can I browse sections by topic?

You can browse SRNT 2020 Symposium Sessions and Paper Sessions by topic area or "track" (preclinical, clinical, policy, public health). Within the SRNT 2020: Symposia or SRNT 2020: Paper Sessions areas, use the Tracks menu towards the top of the page to choose the topic area you’re interested in.

How can I search the online conference content by keyword?

You can search by title or keyword using the search box (at the top of your screen if you’re using a desktop or laptop computer, in the menu if you’re on a mobile device). Search results will include SRNT-U content not related to the SRNT 2020 conference. We’ve posted a list of keywords used for conference content for your convenience.

I’m having trouble viewing a poster--can you improve the visual quality?

Make sure you are using the Full Screen View (icon to change to full screen is on the lower right corner of the viewer). We’ve made every effort to maximize the quality of the presentations we’ve received but are unable to undertake major editing, reformatting or enhancement of this material. In the few cases where quality may interfere with your understanding of the material, please consider reading the abstracts or contact the presenting authors.

I’m having difficulty hearing the audio for a recorded presentation--can you increase the volume?

As with all conference content, we’ve made every effort to maximize the quality of the presentations we’ve received but are unable to edit audio at this time. In the few cases where quality may interfere with your understanding of the material, please consider reading the abstracts or contact the presenting authors.
